Just like the bird in Oscar Hammerstein's lyrics, the Great Northern Union delights in raising our voices in song. Give us an audience and a stage. Magic happens.
The GNU is proud of our adeptness at delivering songs in a wide variety of musical styles, from gospel to jazz, from Broadway to barbershop - all in our unique, rich, award winning a cappella sound.
This collection brings variety together just as in a GNU concert, with songs as varied as old sea shanties and sailors' hymns, big band era standards, Broadway and Hollywood classics, gospel, and even some 70's hits by the Beatles and John Denver.
So imagine yourself in the front row of the audience as the lights dim and the curtain rises. This is truly a grand night for singing.
